Costa Land Company has recently partnered with the Falcone Group to own and develop Block C in Miami Worldcenter. Block C will be developed into over one million square feet of residential, office and retail space. In the heart of downtown Miami, Miami Worldcenter is the largest development in Florida and the second largest development in the country, second only to Hudson Yards in NYC.
In 2025, 'Villa One Tequila Gardens' will span 12,294 square feet of rooftop space within Miami Worldcenter's 'Jewel Box' retail building. Co-founded by Nick Jonas and menswear designer John Varvatos, Villa One Tequila promises to bring Mexico's finest tequila and mezcal offerings to the heart of Downtown Miami. Villa One Tequila Gardens joins a growing list of tenants and hospitality destinations at Miami Worldcenter, including national retail brands and luxury accommodations.
