Vanessa Vendetti
 Vanessa Vendetti serves as an Operations Manager for Costa Land Company and Executive Assistant to Dr. Alfonso Costa. Her operational duties include contractor relations, commercial and residential maintenance requests, and building improvement projects.
Ms. Vendetti is likewise responsible for pro-active maintenance inspections and commercial asset oversight. She further functions as the communications coordinator for over 1 million square feet of prime real estate.
Ms. Vendetti is a 2010 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Religious Studies. At Pitt, she was a member of the Pitt Equestrian Team and the sorority Alpha Delta Pi. She currently serves as VP of Relations for the Alumni & Volunteer Committee of Sigma Phi Epsilon at the University of Pittsburgh. She is also actively involved with the Pittsburgh Carson Scholars Fund.
