EMFAZE ASSOCIATES, LP ANNOUNCES LEASE SIGNING
WITH LATITUDE 40 GROUP FOR NEW
LUXURY ENTERTAINMENT CONCEPT
PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania - Emfaze Associates, LP is pleased to announce a lease signing with Latitude 40 Group in its high profile freestanding location in North Fayette Township, adjacent to WalMart Supercenter and Plaza at the Pointe shopping center.
Latitude 40 is slated to be a one-stop entertainment and dining destination, complete with theater, restaurant/ bar, bowling alley, gaming area, and comedy club. Latitude has two other locations in Jacksonville, Florida and Indianapolis, Indiana.
Alfonso Costa, Chairman of Emfaze Associates, negotiated the lease agreement.
Emfaze Associates is a real estate development, investment, and management firm based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
