Sarah Piccione is President & Chief Operating Officer of Costa Land Company and actively oversees and is responsible for the firm's new investment deals, leasing activity and lease negotiations, and daily financial operations. Ms. Piccione has secured more than $150,000,000 in non-recourse financing for the company. She has also completed lease transactions with national and regional tenants including Ulta Beauty, America’s Best, Motherhood Maternity Outlet, Latitude 40, Heritage Valley Health Systems, Palmetto Moon and Party City, as well as a lease with Kin Shop, co-owned by Top Chef winner Harold Dieterle. Ms. Piccione has also successfully negotiated lease extensions with Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshalls, Famous Footwear, Mattress Discounters, Staples, Huntington Learning Center and Office Max.

As an Advisory Board member for the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Carson Scholars Fund, Sarah has co-organized ten charity auction events and eleven awards banquets for this chapter since its inception in 2004. Sarah’s direct involvement with the annual Charity Auction Event has helped to award over 1,000 scholarships to Pittsburgh area students. Sarah enjoys tennis and paddleball.

A Duquesne University graduate, Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 2000.
